การคำนวณหา ต้นทุนวัฏจักรการใช้งาน

ในการคำนวณจะแบ่งออกสองส่วนคือ ค่าใช้จ่ายเริ่มต้น ได้แก่ ค่าวัสดุ และค่าประกอบ และติดตั้ง อีกส่วนหนึ่งจะเป็นคำนวณหามูลค่าปัจจุบัน(Present value)ของค่าใช้จ่ายที่จะเกิดในอนาคตตลอดอายุ การใช้งาน ได้แก่ ค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนิน และการซ่อม ค่าสูญเสีย จากการหยุดซ่อม ค่าสูญเสีย จากการหยุดซ่อม

และค่าใช้จ่ายในการทดแทน

LCC= AC+IC+ N Sigma OC       +  N Sigma LP   +   N Sigma  RC

IC=initial material installation fabrication cost.

OC=Operating maintenance cost.

LP= Lost production cost.

RC=Replacement cost.
